By Jeremy Miranda, each of these beautifully done paintings has such a dreamy sense of layers, and worlds within worlds. The thread connecting each piece, using ladders, really is a sharp focus for the work linking different dimensions to one another, mesmerising stuff.

princelesscomic: Today is Jackie Crofts Appreciation Day Jackie is doing one of the covers for the upcoming short story collection that will follow volume 2 of Princeless.  I think I mentioned that, right?  Jackie is an amazing artist and has been doing some rough sketches for me of what she would like to do for the cover. This was her first shot and while it didn’t work for my purposes (unfortunately, the character at the top will be blocked by the title/logo) it’s a beautiful rough sketch. It’s also a fun game.  There are three characters here you’ve never met before, but with whom you will become familiar in the next year.  Any guesses as to who anybody is? My wonderful friend Jackie Crofts is doing a cover for the comic Princeless. I’m so excited for her! The comic is great too, I need to read more of it, and so should you!
